In Miss Goetz’s voice studio in Manhattan she works with singers in  Classical, Music Theater, Jazz and Pop disciplines.  Her roster of diverse students have performed in major Opera houses, Cabarets, Churches, Synagogues and have been heard in leading roles on Broadway in hits such as Fosse, Chicago, Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, Phantom of the Opera,Wicked, The Producers, Fiddler on the Roof, Music Man, Hairspray and Rock of Ages.  Miss Goetz participated in the Complete Choral Musician in 2001,2004, 2007 and recently presented a master class for the Juilliard Choral Union in breathing technique.  She has earned “The Distinguished Voice Professional Certificate” from the New York Singing Teachers Association and has been on the Voice faculty of the Hartt School of Music,  Westminster Choir College, Hebrew Union College and Teachers College. 


    Miss Goetz is an associate of Music Theater specialist and speech pathologist Joan Lader.   Before embarking on her professional vocal career, Miss Goetz was a cellist and received her Bachelor of Music and Music Education degrees from Michigan State University and master of Music degree in voice from the University of Michigan.


Candace enjoys traveling and gives seminars and masterclasses at the University level on Vocal Technique and Bodywork as it applies to singers. She happily calls New York City her home.
